Lead collateral operations at Wealthsimple, applying treasury expertise, risk controls, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid team. As Manager, Collateral Management, you will report to the Senior Manager of Cash & Collateral Management. You will lead daily collateral processes, support product launches, manage counterparty relationships, and strengthen capabilities. The work spans Product, Engineering, Trading, Treasury, and Finance. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily collateral calls and treasury money movements Implement risk mitigation strategies and adequate controls Manage collateral sources, uses, and optimization initiatives Design procedures for new products and initiatives Maintain counterparty relationships and support middle-office functions Requirements:

Five or more years in collateral management or treasury operations Direct experience with OCC, CME, or CDCC collateral Experience using data to solve complex problems Effective planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration Robust written communication, judgment, and integrity Bring collateral management, treasury operations, risk mitigation, and relationship skills to Wealthsimple’s growing brokerage.
