Lead global ratings and reviews at lululemon, shaping trusted digital discovery through ecommerce strategy, governance, and product partnerships. This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration at least four days weekly.

As Global Ratings and Reviews Manager, you will own an end-to-end capability within lululemon’s Global Search and Discovery team. You will guide collection, moderation, syndication, and activation across markets while supporting product discovery, guest confidence, and conversion. The work connects Product, Technology, Organic Search, Loyalty, Legal, Merchandising, and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own global ratings and reviews strategy, roadmap, and performance
- Define review data requirements for AI-powered discovery and commerce
- Establish governance standards for quality, authenticity, and compliance




- Manage third-party platforms, vendors, and review ecosystem operations
- Turn review data into actionable cross-functional product insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated expertise in related disciplines
- Proven ecommerce or digital ratings and reviews program experience
- Understanding of collection, moderation, and syndication approaches
- Hands-on Bazaarvoice or equivalent platform and vendor management experience
- Solid product, systems, data, and cross-functional collaboration skills
