The role supports high-quality advisory services for privately owned and entrepreneur-led companies. You will develop financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials, and presentations while coordinating clients, acquirers, and external advisors. The mandate also includes governance, documentation, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
