Own full-cycle recruiting at Mercury, using sourcing and funnel data to build Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships teams. This role offers autonomy across GTM hiring.As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage searches from sourcing through close for high-volume and specialized GTM roles. You will partner with hiring managers, represent Mercury to candidates, and improve recruiting operations.

Four-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting GTM roles such as sales or customer successStrong organization, sourcing, outreach, and attention to detailAbility to analyze pass-through rates and time to hireAbility to influence leaders and operate autonomouslyBring full-cycle recruiting, data-informed sourcing, and thoughtful candidate communication to Mercury’s growing GTM organization.
