McKesson Canada is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Coaching & Talent to advise leaders on complex workforce matters, including design, compensation, and leadership effectiveness.

You will partner with HR teams to deliver scalable HR solutions and use data to drive risk-aware decisions.

Experience in organizational design, RIF planning, and talent management is required; extensive knowledge of HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Power BI is a plus.
