This permanent, in office role partners with leaders and employees to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong labour relations and employment law knowledge, plus experience in a unionized industrial environment.
