Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this senior professional supports Human Resources Business Partners, Operations Advisors, and Talent Acquisition Specialists. The role provides technical expertise across employee relations, labour relations, recruitment, classification, compensation, organizational design, and HR operations. It also supports consistent policy, collective agreement, and legislation application.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to HR professionals

Advise on complex employee and labour relations matters

Requirements

Degree in human resources, business, public administration, or related discipline

Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation

Minimum five years of progressively responsible human resources experience

Unionized setting experience and collective agreement interpretation

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR information systems
