We are actively recruiting for a Professional Senior, Engineering – Hydromechanical supporting premier business aircraft programs. This position offers 100% remote work for qualified candidates in Canada or the United States (primary Canadian facility in Dorval/Montreal, QC).

Here is a quick snapshot of the mandate: Role: Professional Senior, Engineering – Hydromechanical Scope: Lead the specification, design, integration, analysis, modification, and airworthiness certification of aircraft hydro-mechanical systems—including flight control actuation, hydraulic systems, and landing gear.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate product development and integration milestones between system suppliers and cross-functional work packages. Review supplier analyses and validate requirements and system performance through design reviews, rig tests, and aircraft flight testing. Define, author, and execute qualification and certification test plans,



investigate test findings, and prepare certification compliance reports.

Liaise with stress, loads, simulation, and reliability, maintainability & safety (RM&S;) engineering teams.

Core Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the design, integration, development, and certification of aircraft hydro-mechanical systems. Cognizant of civil airworthiness regulations and qualification processes. Familiarity with tools like CATIA, Matlab, or Simulink is considered an asset. Strong technical writing and communication skills in English.
