Lead IBM Maximo functional architecture in Toronto through hybrid consulting focused on MAS requirements, workflows, and enterprise asset management. You will support MAS Manage, Health, Predict, and Asset Condition Management through discovery, fit-gap analysis, and functional design. The assignment requires hands-on experience from Maximo 7.6.1+ through MAS 8.x or 9.x.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Map current and future-state EAM workflows
- Author functional specifications and traceability documents




- Align configuration decisions with business intent
- Lead testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities Requirements:
