Architect contact centre reporting for APEX at Miratech, combining Genesys, Verint, Databricks, and Kimball modeling in hybrid Toronto work. The Senior Data Architect will turn complex telephony and quality requirements into auditable data solutions. You will design ingestion from Genesys A3S Snowflake and Verint WFM feeds, normalize varied sources, and create Gold-layer reporting structures. Contact centre migrations and Genesys Cloud experience are valuable additions. Key Responsibilities:
