Responsibilities include fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, industry research, and engagement oversight. You will also guide professionals toward development. Key Responsibilities:

Review cash flows and valuation models Research markets, industries, multiples, and transactions Deliver fairness opinions and purchase price allocations Manage budgets, WIP, billing, and collections Coach team members and conduct performance reviews Requirements:
