Supervise commercial construction and interior fit-out work through trade coordination, drawing interpretation, and proactive problem-solving. Projects span Ontario and may require travel. As Site Superintendent with O.N. Site Construction Inc., you will direct in office execution for projects ranging from renovations to complex builds. The work involves coordinating trades, suppliers, clients, consultants, and internal teams while maintaining communication with the Project Manager. You will monitor schedules, scope, performance, budgets, and quality, enforce Ontario safety requirements, and keep worksites clean and organized. Hands-on construction support may include demolition and carpentry. Evening and weekend work, plus occasional out-of-province travel, may be required based on project needs. Key Responsibilities:
