Lead Salesforce forecasting and pipeline discipline at Otodata’s Montreal headquarters, with hybrid work and periodic travel across commercial regions. The Director of Revenue Operations owns systems, processes, data, and analytics supporting Otodata’s commercial engine. Working within Finance, this leader partners with the CRO and regional sales leaders across direct teams, specialists, and channel partners. The scope includes forecasting, CRM configuration, territory design, quota planning, compensation administration, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Own revenue forecasting with customer, product, vertical, and monthly granularity Define chance stages and enforce pipeline inspection cadence Lead Salesforce territory, forecasting, and reporting development Build dashboards covering ARR, retention, activations, ARPU,



and pipeline Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team Requirements:

Eight to twelve years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial finance At least three years leading a RevOps or Sales Ops function Experience with recurring revenue and multi-region sales organisations Hands-on Salesforce configuration, territory management, and forecasting expertise Strength in forecasting, pipeline analytics, quota, and compensation design Bring Salesforce expertise, forecasting discipline, and commercial analytics to scale Otodata’s recurring-revenue engine across regions and verticals.
