Lead complex health data projects at CIHI using analytics, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous data stewardship in a contract position. Drive high-quality outputs supporting Canada’s health systems. This Project Lead manages strategic data and analytics initiatives across specialized care standards and engagement. You will coordinate data lifecycle activities, modernization efforts, project plans, and cross-functional teams. The work connects consultants, subject matter experts, business partners, vendors, and health system stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through close with plans, budgets, and reports Oversee intake, validation, linkage, remediation, documentation, and secure delivery Coordinate teams, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and decision-making Develop analytic plans, indicator specifications,



validation, and quality processes Produce reports, dashboards, presentations, training, and technical documentation Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and related experience Minimum five years’ relevant health data or analytics experience Experience with large administrative or clinical datasets Proficiency with MS Project, SAS, R, Python, SQL, or visualization tools Robust project, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills Apply health data leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management to advance CIHI’s specialized care standards and engagement work.
