Ganotec seeks a senior Operations/Construction Manager for full time Field Operations. You will guide large-scale industrial projects, support Project Managers, and align execution with company goals. Key Responsibilities
Champion project objectives and secure organizational engagement and resources
Provide strategic guidance and support to Project Managers
Coordinate decisions among teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Manage change control, risks,

Requirements
Engineering or related discipline degree
At least six years' progressive construction industry experience
Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook proficiency
