As Major Pursuits Capture Strategist, you will guide pursuit execution across capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation. You will work with CAM, technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, and marketing teams.

Your responsibilities include client engagement, presentation strategy, rehearsals, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.

Prepare interview teams through coaching, rehearsals, and question strategy

Adapt winning stories for presentations with graphic design partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field

10+ years in capture, proposals, business development, or professional services
