Lead complex insurance technology programs at Canada Life while applying program management, financial management, and change management expertise in a hybrid mode.This senior leadership role reports to the Director of Portfolio Management & Governance. You will lead related projects and workstreams, working with senior business and technology leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses on strategic business outcomes across the Insurance Technology Portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver complex programs spanning multiple related projects and workstreamsOversee Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teamsManage dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and competing prioritiesLead governance forums, dashboards, roadmaps,



and executive reportingManage vendors, financials, forecasts, schedules, and budgetsRequirements:

At least 10 years managing large, complex projectsThree or more years managing complex programsExperience leading business and technology programsStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related certification preferredBring senior program leadership, integrated planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder influence to Canada Life’s Insurance Technology Portfolio.
