Key Responsibilities:

- Own Backstage portal, catalog, templates, TechDocs, and plugins
- Build production-ready service scaffolding with pipelines and infrastructure
- Encode quality, security,



and policy checks into templates
- Improve local development, previews, testing, and pipeline duration
- Gather developer feedback and maintain tested platform code

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Hands-on Backstage or equivalent internal developer portal experience
- Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, and major cloud experience
- CI/CD and release engineering experience
- Production software development experience in any language
