You will lead SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, support SOX execution, and strengthen IT control processes. The work spans complex technology environments and evolving Web3 standards.Key Responsibilities:

Lead SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations under AICPA standardsSupport SOX planning, scoping, readiness, and control-owner trainingAssess control design, operating effectiveness, gaps, and remediationAdvance IT general and application controls across technology teamsMaintain auditor-ready documentation and support evidence collectionRequirements:
