Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with an established senior partner
- Build alongside an existing employer client base
- Handle employment agreements and workplace policies
- Advise on human rights and workplace investigations
- Manage immigration-related, liability, labour, and litigation matters Requirements:
- Called to the British Columbia Bar and in good standing
- Ten years of post-call experience
- Strong focus on labour and employment law
- Willingness to develop business and client relationships
