Motive seeks a Senior AI Software Developer for its Iron Man project. You will develop AI systems for behaviours, navigation, and core technology. The work includes collaborating with software developers, game designers, animators, designers, and content creators. You will also contribute to foundational AI architecture, performance targets, reviews, mentoring, and system quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement AI features for behaviours, navigation, and core systems
- Define foundational AI architecture and performance targets
- Brainstorm solutions supporting the game’s artistic and design vision




- Mentor AI developers and participate in code reviews
- Ensure AI system stability, quality, and performance with QV

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of qualified C/C++ experience
- AAA game AI development experience with one shipped title
- Strong teamwork skills and independent ownership
- Unreal Engine 4/5 experience strongly preferred
