Secure GitLab’s macOS environment remotely through endpoint hardening, Terraform automation, and detection engineering. Build controls that protect team members while reducing operational friction. As a Senior Corporate Security Engineer, you will shape endpoint security architecture with primary focus on macOS.

You will manage macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux devices using Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, and GitOps workflows. Your work will make security controls scalable, measurable, auditable, and easier for users.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead security architecture for GitLab’s endpoint fleet and infrastructure
- Automate secure endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Define security baselines across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux




- Develop patching and software distribution approaches
- Improve endpoint telemetry, detections, and response models Requirements:
- Experience delivering scalable endpoint or corporate security solutions
- Deep Jamf Pro or FleetDM endpoint management knowledge
- Robust Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience
- GitOps experience with reviewable, automated deployment workflows
- Scripting or programming proficiency with bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go Apply endpoint architecture, macOS security, Terraform, and automation expertise to strengthen GitLab’s remote corporate environment.
