Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting (GR) Consultant to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands on experience in SAP Group reporting as well as multiple end to end project implementations. This will be a fully work from home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide post-go-live AMS (Application Management Services) support for SAP Group Reporting within a public sector entity.
- Deliver production support by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing configuration support for SAP Group Reporting.
- Troubleshoot Group Reporting and consolidation issues, including data validation and reporting discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial consolidation.
- Coordinate testing and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Finance teams, and SAP technical teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for incidents, resolutions, configurations, and processes.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
