As a Nuclear Talent Acquisition Partner, you will advise leaders across engineering, quality, operations, manufacturing, and programs. You will shape recruitment strategies for commercial and naval nuclear programs while building specialized talent communities. The role requires proven nuclear recruiting expertise and solid stakeholder partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate technical and regulatory needs into focused recruitment strategies
- Build pipelines through search, referrals, networks, and talent mapping
- Develop relationships across nuclear industry organizations and suppliers
- Lead recruitment from intake through assessment,



offers, and negotiation
- Use recruiting data to advise leaders and identify talent risks

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven recruiting success within the nuclear power industry
- Experience filling engineering, technical, quality, manufacturing, and operations roles
- Advanced sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement skills
- Applicant tracking system experience; Workday Recruiting is an asset
