Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
• Support the migration of cellular devices to a new vendor;
• Coordinate activities with supplier and users;
• Ensure the acquisition,



reception and configuration of equipment;
• Follow up on ticketing and process the various requests in progress;
• Document the activities carried out as part of the migration;
• Analyze technical needs and issues in order to contribute to their resolution;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and provide quality customer service. The profile we are looking for is as follows:
• Have a background in an AEC or DEC level computer science discipline;
• Possess a customer service-oriented approach;
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and pedagogical skills;
• Know how to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
• Demonstrate valuable analytical and synthesis skills as well as method and rigor in investigation;
• Experience in the health field (an asset).
