The Operations Lead directs shifts, projects, or crews supporting waste processing activities. This position coordinates operations personnel, vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities. It also oversees inventory, off-loading, treatment decisions, sampling, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designate duties and provide direction for operational shifts
- Coordinate personnel, vendors, transporters, and treatment facilities
- Direct material off-loading into storage and processing systems
- Collect and analyze inbound and post-treatment waste samples
- Review and sign RCRA manifests

Requirements:

- Two or more years of related experience
- Knowledge of personnel management and waste processing techniques
- Knowledge of equipment, receiving, purchasing, and work orders
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple diverse responsibilities
