Shape investment solutions remotely at BMO GAM through requirements leadership, data governance, UAT coordination, and clear stakeholder communication.

This experienced Lead Data Business Analyst belongs to BMO Global Asset Management’s Investment Solutions and Delivery team. You will translate business objectives into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data documentation. The position supports investment data governance, lineage, quality, testing, reporting, and implementation across business and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate investment objectives into requirements and acceptance criteria
- Maintain traceability from requirements through business acceptance
- Document data dictionaries, source mappings, lineage, and controls
- Coordinate UAT strategy, scenarios,



test cases, and sign-off
- Communicate risks, issues, recommendations, and delivery progress

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of business or data analysis experience
- Robust investment data and asset management operations knowledge
- Experience producing BRDs, specifications, mappings, and lineage documentation
- Hands-on UAT, data validation, and production delivery experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence, and analytical skills
