Lead clinical data management remotely at Fortrea, using sponsor management and database lock expertise across complex clinical studies.

As Senior Clinical Data Manager and Study Manager, you will oversee data management from study start-up through database lock. You will lead study teams, coordinate deliverables, and serve as a subject matter expert in Sponsor relationship meetings. The role combines clinical trial knowledge, EDC coordination, quality oversight, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data management studies with complex protocols and wide-ranging populations
- Account for deliverables, timelines, resources, and study team output
- Coordinate EDC, SAS, Statistics, and PK deliverables
- Identify risks, mitigation strategies,



and database lock impacts
- Guide, mentor, and train data management staff

Requirements:

- University or college degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Eight years of combined early or late-stage data management experience
- Two years of direct Sponsor management experience
- Two years of technical mentoring experience
- English speaking, writing, and reading skills required
