Lead memory care operations at Sunrise at Lonsdale Square in North Vancouver, using dementia care expertise and robust team leadership. This full-time position supports resident-centered living.

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership within the memory care neighborhood. You will supervise daily care, support Life Skills programming, and promote dementia-specific best practices. The position also strengthens family engagement and the designated care manager model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the reminiscence team
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping oversight
- Provide direct resident care and Life Skills support
- Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support family meetings, education sessions, and support groups

Requirements:

- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or dementia care
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office and Sunrise systems proficiency
- Evening and weekend flexibility as needed
