The Senior

Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leads core planning activities while supporting long-term, profitable growth. You will act as a financial advisor, present business cases, and propose solutions for assigned business units. The position also involves developing staff, managing reporting accuracy, and supporting change.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as financial advisor to internal stakeholders
- Challenge assumptions to improve overall profitability
- Propose solutions for business decision-making
- Manage report preparation, review, and accuracy
- Recruit, coach, and supervise finance staff Requirements:
- Five years of related experience
- Post-secondary finance or accounting education required
- Solid communication across all management levels
- Business acumen and operational analysis experience
