This Business Development Representative will position War Room's digital marketing and technical services for prospective clients. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role supports recent business generation and consistent qualified meetings. Your work includes researching accounts, refining targeting, and sharing market messaging insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multichannel outbound prospecting sequences and optimize results
- Research accounts and contacts to personalize prospect outreach
- Qualify prospects by budget, authority, and paid media needs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and established HubSpot workflows




- Contribute outreach, conversion, and pipeline reporting

Requirements:

- One to three years in business development or B2B sales
- Demonstrated outbound prospecting and discovery meeting success
- Interest in digital advertising, marketing, or technology services
- Proactive, organized approach to multiple outreach activities
- CRM experience, including HubSpot or Salesforce, is an asset
