As an Inventory Coordinator, you will maintain accurate inventory processes across purchasing, production, and warehouse activities. The work includes root-cause investigations, end-of-week reconciliation, production-demand monitoring, and top-up requests. You will also support FIFO rotation and cycle-count practices while collaborating with purchasing and operational teams. Fresh Prep delivers sustainable meal kits and is a certified B Corporation. This position requires careful communication, adaptability, and a dependable approach to scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes




- Coordinate with purchasing to keep inventory current
- Complete end-of-week inventory reconciliation
- Monitor inventory against production demands
- Validate inventory data within the WMS

Requirements:

- At least one year of similar experience
- Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures
- Advanced problem-solving and robust attention to detail
- WMS, MRP, or ERP experience preferred
- Warehouse operations experience preferred
