Reporting to the Production Director, the Production Supervisor translates priorities into effective floor execution. You will coordinate production teams, monitor work orders, and manage changing priorities. The role supports technology-product manufacturing through organized communication, resource planning, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily and weekly production plan execution
- Establish priorities and communicate them clearly
- Monitor work orders, units, orders, and deliveries
- Coordinate responses to production blocks and emerging issues




- Improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical college education
- Production supervision experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience coordinating production teams
- Understanding of BOMs, work orders, inventory, and instructions
- Functional French and/or English proficiency
