Use civil engineering and professional design experience to coordinate transportation infrastructure projects for the City of North Vancouver. Work full-time on a temporary two-year assignment.

As Project Coordinator with the Public Realm Infrastructure team, you will support projects across transportation and paving. Your responsibilities include coordinating design and construction, preparing plans, managing tenders, and providing advice to departments, Council, and the public. You will also support project managers on major transportation corridors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate transportation project design and construction work
- Prepare plans for projects at wide-ranging scales
- Manage tendering and project management activities




- Provide professional advice and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support project managers with administrative coordination

Requirements:

- Degree in civil engineering or another related area
- Professional design experience in applicable work
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to build cooperative internal and external relationships
- MMCD contract management experience considered an asset
