Support premium fan service and event operations at Scotiabank Arena as an intern with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership.

As part of MLSE's premium services team, you will support Suite Holders during wide-ranging Scotiabank Arena events. Your work combines ticket receipt distribution, sales activities, event details, suite rentals, donations, and administrative service functions. You will also contribute to employee events, communications, recognition programs, learning sessions, recruitment fairs, and employee experience research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute additional suite ticket receipts accurately
- Support prospecting and pipeline management activities
- Manage couriers, event suite details, and storage
- Oversee Suite Holder requests and donation records




- Coordinate employee events, communications, and recognition programs

Requirements:

- Current sports, public relations, or communications studies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Independent work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Availability for weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday events

Develop premium services, event coordination, communication, and administrative experience supporting MLSE's Suite Holder and employee initiatives.
