Thompson Construction Group seeks a Maintenance Laborer / Service Truck Operator for a full time contractual term position. You will support Heavy Duty Technicians and Service Technicians around tracked heavy equipment. The work includes inspections, supply transport, equipment housekeeping, and site safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate service trucks safely according to site requirements
- Perform track chipping and undercarriage cleaning
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Transport tools, fuel, lubricants, and maintenance supplies
- Assist technicians with maintenance activities and housekeeping

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
- CSO certification required
- Air Brake Q endorsement preferred
- Service truck or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Pass pre-access and random drug and alcohol testing
