As Senior

Manager, M&A; Technology & Operations, you will support acquisitions, divestitures, separations, integrations, and strategic transactions. You will coordinate due diligence, planning, close, Day 1, transition, and post-close execution. The work connects technology, business, and Enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Technology & Operations activities across complex M&A; transactions
- Translate transaction requirements into executable strategies and roadmaps
- Coordinate technology due diligence across applications and infrastructure
- Drive Day 1 and close readiness against milestones




- Develop executive reporting on status, risks, and dependencies Requirements:
- Significant experience leading complex technology programs or M&A; transactions
- Understanding of applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and technology operations
- Experience managing Technology Transition Service Agreements
- Solid executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours when required Bring M&A; program leadership, technology strategy, and executive communication skills to BMO’s transaction execution work.
