As Senior Manager, Money Movement, you will translate portfolio strategy into customer capabilities, product enhancements, and scalable solutions. You will lead initiatives from concept and business case through requirements, delivery, launch, and optimization. The work spans Domestic Payments, International Transfers, Debit Card Management, and Emerging Payments.

Key Responsibilities

Build capability roadmaps with Money Movement product leads

Lead initiatives from ideation through implementation and launch

Define customer problems, requirements, experiences, and success measures

Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies,



and risk mitigation

Monitor post-launch performance and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

Undergraduate university degree; postgraduate education is an asset

Robust product management or payments experience

Complex capability development experience from concept through launch

Business case development using financial and customer metrics

Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
