As Senior Manager, Business Analytics, you will lead Strategic Modeling within Care Commercial Success. You will integrate customer demand, capacity planning, workforce scenarios, and financial outcomes through forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Business Analytics team

Build integrated revenue, demand, capacity, and workforce models

Oversee forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity analyses

Recommend capacity, hiring, training, and investment decisions

Establish governance, validation, backtesting, and documentation standards

Requirements

Eight-plus years in analytics, forecasting, planning, or quantitative disciplines

Three-plus years leading people and complex analytical initiatives

Experience with time-series forecasting and model validation

Solid SQL plus Python or R working knowledge

Experience with Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
