This senior leadership role oversees Training, the Procedures Library, Change Management, and Program Communications. You will translate complex requirements into practical learning, procedures, guidance, documentation, and communications. The mandate includes leading employees, aligning stakeholders, and sustaining program knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead training development, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Own procedures documentation and lifecycle management
Translate program changes into actionable guidance
Coordinate targeted communications for affected audiences
Coach employees and build team capability
Requirements
Typically seven or more years of relevant experience
Experience leading training, change management, or knowledge management
Demonstrated people leadership and employee development experience
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities
Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management or regulated environments
