Registered Nurse with clinical guidance and resident assessment skills can support Hallowell House LTC in Picton, Ontario, on evening shifts. Southbridge Care Homes seeks one full time nurse for 75 hours biweekly, scheduled from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse supports high-quality nursing care aligned with College of Nurses of Ontario standards, legislation, and Southbridge policies. The position promotes best practices, resident-centered care, and effective unit operations. Previous long-term care managerial experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to standards, orders, and policies
- Observe, report, and record resident vital signs and conditions
- Develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans




- Supervise nursing and personal care staff on the unit
- Prepare the facility for RAI MDS

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario certificate of competence
- Registration or eligibility with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
- Experience supporting cognitively impaired residents
- Knowledge of nursing, healthcare, and infection control practices
- Commitment to working with seniors and prioritizing urgent tasks
