Manage domestic program operations and partnerships with UCalgary Continuing Education, supporting learner experience, financial tracking, and continuous improvement.

As Associate Program Manager, you will support programs from registration through completion while coordinating instructors, students, vendors, community partners, and university departments. The position includes program review, budget administration, enrolment tracking, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and analysis of performance information. You will also support course and program renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor learner journeys and recommend solutions to success barriers
- Review courses against outcomes, competencies, industry needs, and objectives
- Track enrolment, forecast activity, monitor expenditures, and report finances
- Support vendor relationships,



partnership agreements, and reseller arrangements
- Research and recommend program enhancements, renewals, and implementation actions

Requirements:

- Knowledge of educational planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement
- Ability to interpret and present data for decision-making
- Valuable judgment, initiative, tact, and diplomacy with stakeholders
- Experience supporting program development, renewal, or curriculum review desirable
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
