Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide generalist HR support across the employee experience. You will partner with managers and staff to enhance talent, onboarding, and workforce planning while upholding PFCC values.

The role requires post-secondary HR education, at least two years of HR team experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and robust communication and problem-solving skills.
