The work ensures customer specifications are met across machined, welded, and assembled products. Key capabilities include PC-DMIS, GD&T;, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run CMM equipment in manual and automated modes
- Program CMM systems using PC-DMIS
- Coordinate gauging, ITPs, and first article inspections
- Conduct product audits and qualification testing
- Provide technical support for manufactured assemblies

Requirements:

- Three to five years quality, testing, or inspection experience
- Quality or engineering technician degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISO, 8D, PPAP, SPC, and data entry
- Working knowledge of CMM programming, GD&T;, and blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measurement hand tools
