Job Title: AI Onboarding Specialist, Bilingual (French/English)

Are you energized by helping small businesses put AI to work? Do you like explaining new tools in plain language, in French and in English? We are looking for an AI Onboarding Specialist who is early in their career and wants to help our Quebec-based clients set up, learn, and get results from Vendasta's AI solutions.

About the Job

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a future in AI and digital marketing. Our clients for this role are small businesses based in Quebec. You'll work with them in French and English to turn their business needs into working AI solutions in the Vendasta platform: finding out what they need, setting up and testing AI workflows, training them to use what you built, and checking results after launch. You'll learn from Senior Specialists and AI Workflow Architects along the way, and use AI tools to work faster and serve more clients.

Your Impact

As an AI Onboarding Specialist you'll work with Quebec-based clients, Senior Specialists, and AI Workflow Architects to:

- Meet with clients, in French or English, to understand their business goals and spot where AI can help their marketing
- Recommend solutions from Vendasta's AI products (such as Rep AI and Content AI), with guidance from more experienced teammates
- Act as the client's main point of contact, so they aren't passed between teams
- Set up, configure, and test digital marketing AI workflows and "AI Employees" in the Vendasta platform, following documented playbooks
- Handle basic tech setup such as domains, logins, and app integrations, and bring in senior teammates for complex customizations
- Demo the finished solution and train clients to use it on their own,



with client materials in French and English
- Monitor how the AI performs, flag errors, and make adjustments to improve results

What You Bring to the Table

You're early in your career and ready to learn. To be considered, you need French and English language proficiency (oral and written), the ability to understand and communicate fluently with Quebec-based clients, and the ability to write client-facing content (emails, marketing copy, AI prompts and outputs) suited to a Quebec audience.

You also bring 2 years of experience in customer service, client success, digital marketing, or a related field (internships, co-op terms, and school or personal projects count), and some hands‐on digital marketing experience, such as social media, Google Business Profile, SEO, email, or online ads. You'll use AI every day in this role: writing and testing prompts, building AI workflows for clients, and checking AI outputs for errors before a client sees them.

You need to be comfortable with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude; we'll train you on the specifics. You're organized, pay attention to detail, and can explain AI in plain language to small business owners. Experience navigating the Quebec commercial market, SaaS or technology experience, and a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology,



or a related field (or equivalent experience) are all assets.
