ICBC seeks Strategic Sourcing Analysts/Senior Procurement Officers for temporary full-time work. You will manage complex procurement activities independently, supporting business areas through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract execution. The work spans research, solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clarify and refine business requirements for goods and services
- Research markets and identify potential vendors
