As Senior Vice President, you will guide institutionally owned assets across Canada and direct business plan execution. You will partner with Property Directors, Property Managers, and client asset managers on operational practices, service standards, revenue growth, and governance. The position requires senior-level oversight across property management, budgets, compliance, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute investment strategies for multi-family assets

Manage site budgets, business plans, and financial targets

Review portfolio performance and oversee corrective action plans

Requirements

Ten or more years of progressive property management experience

Experience as a Vice President or Regional Director

Proven success leading high-performing teams across multiple sites

Budget and P&L; accountability experience
