Lead construction project controls across Ontario through change management, scheduling, and detailed documentation. This travelling position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

Peak Construction Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator for day-to-day project administration. The work emphasizes changes, budgets, forecasts, progress claims, schedules, and contract documentation. Success requires strong construction knowledge, independent ownership, and communication with trades, consultants, and project leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project documentation, logs, correspondence, and drawing records
- Identify changes and prepare, track, and administer notices
- Assist with change order pricing, reviews, and administration
- Support budgets, forecasting, cost control,



and invoice reviews
- Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and closeout requirements

Requirements:

- Two or more years of progressive construction experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, drawings, and specifications
- Experience with change orders, cost tracking, and progress claims
- Robust document control and construction drawing interpretation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
