Manulife is hiring a full-time, remote Bilingual Business Development Consultant for Guaranteed Wealth Solutions. Responsibilities

- Make at least 60 outbound calls per day to financial advisors and work toward sales-call and meeting targets.
- Develop advisor relationships and identify their business needs through consultative, question-based selling.
- Help advisors position segregated funds, annuities and GICs for clients' savings and retirement-income needs.
- Execute sales campaigns, identify prospects and develop actionable sales plans.




- Use Salesforce to maintain advisor profiles, track activity and share leads and ideas with peers.

Qualifications

- At least two years of financial services or sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in proactive sales and cold calling.
- College or university degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual English and French communication skills.
- Knowledge of segregated funds, annuities, GICs and retirement income planning is preferred.

Compensation

Expected salary range for the referenced Quebec location: $73,500–$103,500 CAD per year, plus sales incentives. Actual compensation varies based on individual and job-related factors.
