Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Cook for its Northern Heights Community in North Bay. You will prepare meals and snacks, maintain appropriate temperatures, and provide portion-controlled quantities for prescribed diets. The role also includes monitoring food supplies, supporting departmental operations when the team leader is absent, and assisting with orientation and training. Schedules are permanent part-time, unscheduled days from 0600 to 1400 and evenings from 1130 to 1930.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up equipment and supplies for food preparation
- Prepare meals and snacks from recipes and production sheets




- Provide prescribed diets at appropriate temperatures
- Monitor food supply quality and recommend corrective action
- Assist with new team member orientation and training

Requirements:

- Grade 12 minimum education
- Valid Safe Food Handling or Smart Serve certificate
- Cooking experience in institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality settings
- Positive attitude supporting residence goals and standards
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and required checks
